A COZY CHRISTMAS WISH

Welcome to this 29 day series of Christmas cards for the 2021 holiday season - so glad you're here with me! Hope you get lots of inspiration and entertainment right up to Christmas day...

Absolutely love this die.  I felt she needed almost no embellishment to compete with her fabulousness!  Funny story - I was so excited to get started I neglected to notice they provided cuff and pocket dies til after I had painstakingly cut them by hand from a full figure in white :o)

TECHNIQUES

die cutting (girl)
ink direct to paper (sentiment)

SUPPLIES

die cut - Sizzix Thinlits "Catching Snowflakes" #664776
sentiment stamp - unmarked
ink - Adirondack dye "Bottle"
pompom, snowflakes and crystals - random

What a beautiful die and you are right it doesn't need anything else. Your CAS die is just perfect. Thanks so much for using a die in my challenge at Allsorts this week.

Not only is this a great die, but how you used her is what makes the card fantastic! So glad you joined us at Die Cut Divas https://die-cut-divas.blogspot.com/2021/12/frantic-stamper-in-december-could.html for our Challenge of Winter/Christmas project with an optional twist to make a shaped Winter/Christmas Card.

That is funny! I've done something like that - cut by hand after losing tiny pieces only to find them after the image is finished. (More times than I can count!!)

It is an adorable image. Love the placement of those snowflakes. I originally thought she was releasing them and they're floating back up to the sky until I read the name of your die! Thanks for sharing your Holiday Card with us at Cut it Up!
