NEUTRAL SNOWFLAKES

Hello!

TECHNIQUES

patterned paper piecing (2 background panels)*
stamping on heavy vellum (word panel)**
die cutting (3 large snowflakes)
metal brad  (center snowflake)***
glitter glue (around circle edge)

*it's hard to see but the paper has a subtle shimmer

** I like to use Staz-On permanent ink on vellums and plastics. I've had pads for years that stay juicy enough having left the interior clear plastic liner in

*** to get the vellum circle to stand out with a bit of dimension I cut a few tiny circles of white cardstock, glued them together and then used a Crop-o-dile to punch a hole in the center for the brad to go through.  I then glued this to the center of the snowflake, layered the vellum cirlce over it, and then put the brad through and tightened.
