HOLOGRAPHIC HILLSIDE

 Hello, hello!

Playing with a brand new to me snowman - can one have too many? :o)  It was really reasonable with matching die from Joann's, purchased nearly by accident while buying something else and noticing Christmas crafty stuff was too cheap to pass on! Love his happy little smile and while I couldn't find a snowman hat punch in my stash came across this crown and thought Perfect!

TECHNIQUES

die cutting (snowman, word Snow, frame)
ink blending (sky)
masking  (hillside)
alcohol markers  (bird, snowman)
white gel pen (sky)

SUPPLIES

snowman stamp and die - American Crafts Holly Jolly Stamp & Die Set
bird stamp - Stampers Anonymous clear set #THMM134
sentiment stamp - (partial) Just for Fun
frame die - Fun Stampers Journey Snapshot Frames #DI-0045
Snow die - (partial) Lawn Fawn Giant Let It Snow #LF2695
crown punch - 2 Grrrls
inks - Distress Oxide Picked Raspberry, Spun Sugar, Chipped Sapphire, Salty Ocean and Memento Tuxedo Black
alcohol markers - Copic
white gel pen - Sakura Gelly Roll
holographic card stock - Park Lane 6x6

I also made another version:

don't you love when you find a good deal on a cutie like that ... so glad you shared your *S* creation with us at Shopping Our Stash.

Your snowman is so cute. The crown was amazing and really helped tie in the sentiment as they were made from the same paper. Glad you were able to take advantage of post-holiday sales (I stocked up on patterned paper that I don't need.) Thanks for joining us at Shopping Our Stash and hope you can join us again.
