Hello!
I was unmotivated to start on a card from scratch so I went looking through my scraps folder, and came up with these wonderful shapes I had die cut from some remains of a project in September! You can see the original cards here. I love that these current cards are nothing like the previous!
Basic card stock strip technique:
Lay a double sided sticky sheet on the desktop, peel back top half and start laying card stock strips down, butting them up close to the previous. Peel more backing off sticky sheet as you work your way down. If you don't have a double sided sticky sheet you can affix your strips one at a time to a plain piece of card stock with glue or a tape runner.
