FAUX WATERCOLOR BLOOM

Hello!

This flower was super easy to color but impactful, I think.  




TECHNIQUES

ink smoosh faux watercolor  (flower, leaves)

Process:  
1.  Smoosh distress ink pads onto glass mat.
2.  Spritz liberally with water.
3.  Lay flexible transparent plastic sheet over inks and press down.
4.  Lay plastic sheet onto heavy white card stock or watercolor paper.
5.  Allow card stock to dry.
6.  Repeat till you get the look you like, reusing inks, adding water as needed.

basic stamping  (sentiment)
white gel pen  (flower petals)
foam mounting  (flower)
flat back gems

clear set  #PR105 HA + Altenew
graphic die  - Altenew Linear Crossroads Die
inks  -  Versafine Onyx Black, Distress Inks (dye) Wild Honey, Mustard Seed 
and Barn Door, Distress Oxide Mowed Lawn
white gel pen  -  Sakura Gelly Roll
foam mounting tape
flat back gems  -  Park Lane
