HEDGEHOG LOVE

A little additional inspiration as we near the halfway mark at the TRY IT ON TUESDAY challenge blog with the theme of  All Love Up

I never get tired of this sweet little Penny Black hedgehog - just so sweet rushing along with his big ol' heart so I made a couple cards with his image while I had all my supplies out:

TECHNIQUES

basic stamping  (hedgehog, sentiment - black on white cs)

ink blending (pink background, splattered lightly with water)

fussy cutting  (hedgehog)

die cutting  (branch, flourishes, scalloped frames)

alcohol markers  (hedgehog)

heat embossing  (sentiment - white on black cs)

dry embossing  (hearts strip)

washi tape  (dotted pink strip)

white gel pen  (heart)

glitter glue  (heart)

flat back gems (tiny hearts)

black glaze pen  (hedgehog nose)
