Hello!
I made this card entirely of scraps and I really like how it came together.
TECHNIQUES
ink blending and basic stamping (circles)
reinkers with water on acetate (center panel)
heat embossing (words)
foam mounting
flat back metal gems
SUPPLIES
flourish stamps - BasicGrey Two Scoops Heart Smudge set
word stamp - Hero Arts Cherish #C3035
ink - Versamark, Stampin' Up! Regal Rose (on the circles - I can't remember what the background panel was made from, but it looks like a red and a pink, possibly Distress)
embossing powder - silver detail
gems - Jolee's Boutique All That Bling
asst circle punches
